CHRIS HEDICAN, Omaha NE, won his first trial in the fourth grade when his teacher asked him to prosecute the boys who moved the girls from the space they were using to play foursquare so the boys could play basketball. Many trials later, he is most proud of having participated in trial with five trial lawyers who had their first jury trial with him.
URSULA HENNINGER, Miami FL, was handed a file set for a bench trial taking place that afternoon on her first day as an associate. On her second day, she took her first deposition; and she tried her first jury trial within a month. [Where is this firm? Great opportunities, but they seem to need help.] Ursula had a federal jury trial which included a cross-examination of the devil himself, through a pro se plaintiff bringing a § 1983 claim. She was involved tangentially in the O.J. Simpson case, winning a protective order motion against Johnny Cochran, but she remains to this day disappointed none of the media managed to weave her into the story.
SUSAN M. HOLDEN, Minneapolis MN, has no lawyers in her family, unless you count her husband. Susan’s parents op- erated a mom and pop resort where she learned many talents – rising early, cleaning cabins, mowing lawns, cleaning boats, delivering newspapers, selling minnows, digging worms, guiding fishermen and cleaning fish. She was an All-Conference women’s basketball player and valedictorian of her high school class. Susan served as president of the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
GREGORY HOLLOWAY, Houston TX, is a self-pronounced talented saltwater fly fisherman, having grand slammed in Cuba by landing a Tarpon, Bonefish and Permit in the same day, memorialized by the International Game Fish Association (IGFA). Other than fishing, Greg trains Labrador Retrievers to hunt birds and runs in various long distance running events, having placed third, second and first in the BigBend50 trail run in West Texas. Greg provides
pro bono services for those who seek to adopt, having a passion for making sure children are afforded a good family.
SAM HOUSTON, Houston TX, was born and raised in Colorado City, Texas (a West Texas town, population 4,000), where his family raised cattle and farmed. That life was too tough so he went to college and law school. But looking for tough in other places, Sam became active in Texas politics and was the Democratic nominee for Texas Attorney General in 2014, defeated by the current Attorney General Ken Paxton. No longer interested in running for office, Sam spends his free time playing golf, reading, watching every documentary on cable and hiking – his goal is to hike the Pacific Crest Trail before he gets too old.
SUSAN E. HUTCHISON, Fort Worth TX, represents people who have been injured, discriminated against or harassed in the workplace, proudly crediting Gerry Spence as her mentor.
DANIEL A. IRACKI, Jacksonville FL, is a former toe-fungus model who was forced to grow a beard to cover the unfortunate dermal facial side-effects of his career.
ANDREW B. JOSEPH, Florham Park NJ, is, as Winston Churchill might have said, a modest man with much to be modest about.
