Professor Eric Segall is the Ashe Family Chair Professor of Law at Georgia State University College of Law. He went to Emory and got his J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He clerked in Atlanta for Chief Judge Charles Moye and on the Eleventh Circuit for Judge Albert Henderson. Professor Segall has written two books, Supreme Myths, Why the Supreme Court is Not a Court and Why the Justices are not Judges and Originalism as Faith. Professor Segall is a frequent contributor for media such the New York Times, the Atlantic, CNN, Fox News, and NBC.
