FELLOWS TO THE BENCH
  DEAN J. KITCHENS was appointed by California Governor Gavin Newsom to the Los Angeles County Superior Court on March 14, 2022. Previously a partner with Gibson Dunn, Judge Kitchens specialized in securities litigation. He received his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley before earning his JD from UCLA School of Law. Judge Kitchens became a Fellow in 2006 and was previously Chair of the Attorney-Client Relationships Committee.
ROBERT C. JAROSH was appointed to the Wyoming Supreme Court by Wyoming Gov- ernor Mark Gordon on January 19, 2024. Before his ascension to the bench, Judge Jarosh was a partner at Hirst Applegate, LLP, where he specialized in complex civil litigation. Judge Jarosh has argued multiple cases before the Wyoming Supreme Court and was a previous Past President of the Wyoming State Bar. Judge Jarosh was induct- ed into the College in 2020.
STEPHEN J. WOJCIECHOWSKI was appointed Judge in in the Supreme Court of Justice in Ontario in Thunder Bay by The Honourable Arif Virani, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, on January 29, 2024. Justice Wojciechowski is a grad- uate of Lakehead University and Queen’s University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1988. He later formed ERYOU Barristers in Thunder Bay in 1996, where he focused on insurance defence litigation. Justice Wojciechowski became a Fellow of the College in 2023.
JOHN D. RUSSELL became a Judge in the US District Court, Northern District of Okla- homa, on January 6, 2024, shortly after being inducted into the College at the end of 2023. Prior to entering private practice, Judge Russell served as a former Assistant United States Attorney and was a former Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Tax Division. Judge Russell earned his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University and his JD from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
