PEER-TO-PEER SCHOLAR EXCHANGE PROGRAM
The National Constitution Center (NCC) in Philadelphia offers scholar exchang- es which give students the opportunity to discuss constitutional topics with a lawyer, judge, or constitutional scholar and their peers from around the country. In this setting, students gain deeper constitution- al understanding and engage in enhanced civil discourse. The College is one of the organizations that collaborates to provide the resources that enable the Center’s Peer- to-Peer Scholar Exchange Program. During the 2023-2024 school year, the ACTL/ NCC collaboration helped to present 414 individual Scholar Exchanges that reached
11,217 students from thirty-four states, as well as Washington D.C. and the country of Columbia, record numbers for the program.
The topics could not possibly be more relevant to our national conversation today and to
the mission of the College to promote the administration of justice and the rule of law. Great to have a good reason to spend foundations of law and the legal system. And many delightful sur- prises in the conversations with the students. I really love the work and encourage all who may be interested to get involved.
